Fire crews are dampening down hot spots after a fire at a Titahi Bay house.
Fire and Emergency shift manager Chris Dalton told the Herald they were called to the blaze at 7.40am on Tuesday, where they found the house "well-involved".
Three trucks battled the flames and by 9.40am the fire was out. There is nothing to indicate anyone was inside the house, and no neighbouring properties have been affected by the fire.
