Fire crews are battling a vegetation fire south of Dunedin this morning.
The Fire Service received multiple calls about the fire, near Milton, about 10pm.
Vegetation left over after tree-felling is burning.
Crews have been at the fire overnight and helicopters will be brought in this morning.
No properties are threatened.
