It's good news on the weather front for music fans heading to the Big Day Out this Friday.
Janet Syme, a forecaster at Metservice is predicting a 'mostly fine day'.
"The weather on Friday will be similar to what we've been having recently in Auckland - warm and muggy," says Syme.
"We will have a South East flow heading our way with a high of 23/24c and a low of 17c".
She warns revellers to be mindful that temperatures inside the stadium will be far warmer than the outside air and to be aware of the sun's strong rays.
Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration, wear a hat to protect your face and don't forget to slip, slop and slap.
