Aucklanders enjoyed a bright Sunday morning - and many people made the most of the sunshine - before rain dampened things in the afternoon.

"Wednesday will bring one or two showers with similar mid to high temperatures," Mr Noble said.
"But it should be pretty good for the rest of the week."
West coast areas from Northland to the Manawatu and Kapiti can expect fine weather throughout the week, except for Wednesday night showers.
Eastern areas - including Gisborne to the Wairarapa - are expected to stay fine.
Mr Noble said those in the South Island could expect a mix of fine and drizzly weather, with cloud and rain forecast for Fiordland and Westland tonight.
"But in the east of the South Island - it's staying fine, with high cloud," he said.
In Christchurch, temperature highs of around 20C are expected this week.
Fairly mild and very warm weather is forecast for Canterbury and Otago, with temperatures ranging from 22C to 24C throughout the week.
