Fine for attack on photo-taking woman

Attacking a woman taking photos of a medieval re-enactment has led to a fine for a mother-of-five.

Red Raven Medieval Re-enactment Club member Mihiteruaerewa Rangiataawa, 50, attacked a woman taking photos of a performance, the Manawatu Standard reported.

She screamed at her, punched her and ripped clumps of hair from her head.

Rangiataawa, a solo mother on the domestic purposes benefit with five children and three grandchildren, was fined $200.
