A Dunedin motorist has surrendered his driver's licence to police after his car was filmed repeatedly crossing the centre line on Warrender St in Dunedin on Sunday.
A police spokesman confirmed the man, in his 80s, had surrendered his licence.
They were unable to confirm last night if charges were being considered.

A friend of the filmed man's family contacted the Otago Daily Times to say the man, who they said had health issues, had been spoken to by police and had surrendered his licence.
