A fifth man has been arrested and charged in relation to the death of Pahiatua man James Whatuira.
Mr Whatuira was found dead at a Woodville property on January 4.
A 32-year-old Woodville man was charged with being party to a murder and was expected to appear in the Palmerston North District Court yesterday. The investigation is ongoing and police still want to speak to anyone who may have any information about the death of Mr Whatuira.
