FIFA World Cup: Soccer for Breakfast

The All Whites have claimed another record.

The 212,120 viewers who tuned in to watch the follow-up to their epic 1-1 World Cup draw with Slovakia on Wednesday morning was the biggest audience recorded by TVNZ's Breakfast programme.

The record surpassed the only other 200,000-plus audience - on September 1, 1997, the morning after Princess Diana died.
