Family and police are becoming concerned for the safety of a Christchurch epileptic missing for a nearly a week.
Andrew Manson, from Oamaru, was last seen about midnight on Saturday at a bar on London St in Lyttelton, Sergeant Phil Newton of Lyttelton police said.
Twenty five police and volunteer search team members have been scouring the area for the missing 28-year-old.
His family fear he may have had an epileptic seizure and collapsed.
He has not used his cellphone or bank accounts since he disappeared.
Mr Newton urged Lyttelton residents to check their gardens and sheds for any sign of him.
