A woman has been killed in a crash on South Head Road, north of Auckland.
Emergency services were called to the accident shortly after 4pm.
Only one vehicle was involved in the crash and only the driver was in the car.
She died at the scene.
The road was blocked off for about three hours as authorities cleared the site.
