This is the Peugeot World Rally Championship car, which is winning as many fans for its aggressive good looks as it is collecting WRC points.
It has made a big impact in its first international season, winning the Swedish rally and finishing second in Portugal.
The car is based on the 206 and is powered by a turbo-charged 1.9-litre four-cylinder 16-valve engine developing 220kW (300 bhp) at 5250 rpm and 535Nm at 3500 rpm.
It will go up against the Subaru, Ford and Mitsubishi teams next month in Argentina before arriving here in July, for the New Zealand leg of the WRC.
