A rugby fan has been arrested for "invading" the pitch after the final whistle of the All Blacks clash against the touring British and Irish Lions.
Police say the person will be charged under the Major Events Management Act, which applies to the Lions tour.
"It's worth reminding anyone who may be foolish enough to consider going on to the pitch at future matches in the series that under the Act, this offence carries a penalty of up to three months' jail or a fine of up to $5000 and we will be enforcing it," Inspector Gary Davey said.
Another three people were thrown out of the stadium.
But other than that, police were impressed with fans' behaviour and had very few issues with the capacity crowd at the stadium or at various fan zones and bars were fans congregated before the match, Davey said.
