Former All White and leading secondary school coach Kevin Fallon has left his job at Mt Albert Grammar School.
Headmaster Dale Burden today confirmed that Fallon - right-hand man to John Adshead when the All Whites qualified for the World Cup finals in Spain in 1982 - was no longer working at the school.
"His employment ceased as of Thursday last week.''
Mr Burden would not discuss the circumstances surrounding Fallon's departure.
"What I can say is that the school is grateful for his 18 years of service and we're grateful for the work he's put in and the success that that hard work has brought for boys' football.
