Factory blaze in Henderson

The Fire Service was battling a blaze in a boat-building factory in Henderson early this morning.

Several units responded to a call about 11pm to a single-storey building about 30m long and 10m wide.

Henderson fire officers arrived on scene within five minutes to find the building engulfed in flames.

A Fire Service spokesman said the factory was empty.
