A man facing extradition to Australia on child sex charges appeared again in Masterton District Court on Monday.
The man, 84, is charged with six offences against a child under 13, in Western Australia between December 2010 and December 2011.
He has interim name suppression but Judge Barbara Morris said he would need "more by way of medical information" for this to continue.
The accused man was remanded again until a nominal date of October 12, when his attendance is excused.
