Police are "combing" the West Auckland suburb of Glen Eden after an explosive was thrown into a shop.
The Herald understands a fire cracker of some description was thrown into The Money Guy just before 1pm.
Inspector Lou Alofa said no injuries were reported. Police were now trying to locate the person responsible.
