EXPERIENCED VINEYARD OPERATOR

For over 20 years, Crossroads has represented the very best of small parcel Hawke's Bay winemaking. As part of the Yealands Wine Group our wines are distributed in over 80 countries across the globe and we have developed a reputation for the sustainable production of high quality wines.

Our small and dedicated team is looking for an experienced vineyard operator to work in our Gimblett Gravels, Kereru and Fernhill vineyards.

You will need to be honest, keen, dedicated and be willing to go the extra distance. You'll have your Grow Safe certificate, approved handlers tickets and be an experienced tractor driver. Experience in operating a Harvester would also be great.

With a strong work ethic, you'll be reliable, have a can do attitude and be a team player.

The ability to work long and varied hours is required particularly during harvest and frost periods.

We need someone with proven vineyard experience, a good track record and references.
