To the Beginning: 50 years of acquisitions from the Friends of Aratoi is exactly what is says it is.
The exhibition opened at Aratoi last month and has drawn positive feedback from the community.
Friends of Aratoi committee member Sandra Debney said the exhibition was a collection of acquisitions from the last 50 years.
Although the the friends have only been around for 16 years, they have carried on the work by the Wairarapa Arts Foundation.
Mrs Debney said there was a great variety of work it was great to see some pieces she had never seen before on display.
