A New Zealander discredited as head of entrepreneurial Australian company Firepower will apply for the return of his passport so he can travel overseas for business.
Last week, Tim Johnston, a former Perth-based businessman, flew to Brisbane after reportedly spending the past 18 months in London. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission moved swiftly on news of his arrival, successfully applying for an injunction to prevent the globe-trotting businessman leaving the country.
