A former Cambridge High School teacher says she will lodge an Official Information Act request to find out details of the secret deal struck between school commissioner Dennis Finn and former principal Alison Annan.
Ex-teacher Cherie Chapman, who has previously accused Mrs Annan of workplace bullying, said she was angry at the latest turn of events.
"I don't feel like it's ended at all. There are still plenty of victims out there."
Yesterday, Mr Finn and Mrs Annan announced they had settled an employment dispute that was to go to have gone to a full court hearing next month.
They refused to comment on the details of the settlement.
Mrs Annan took her case to the Employment Relations Authority after claiming that she was sacked from the school and did not resign.
Education Minister Trevor Mallard said yesterday the school would have to make public the financial details of the settlement.
But Ms Chapman said any pay-out would probably come from the school's insurers and might not necessarily have to be declared.
"This is not the end though -- I don't like it that it's all been silenced."
