A co-accused of former Hamilton Fraser High School principal Martin Elliott, who faces multiple charges of fraud, pleaded guilty in Hamilton District Court today.
James Robert Branton admitted to six dishonesty charges, including four counts of using a document for pecuniary advantage, and was remanded on bail for sentencing early next year.
Elliott, 58, who has indicated he will fight the 65 charges of fraud and dishonesty he faces, is due back in court next year.
