Police in Fiji are investigating claims that a former All Black sexually harassed a 15-year-old Auckland girl while holidaying near Nadi over the New Year holidays.
Fijian officers yesterday said they had received a report and were investigating, but no charges had been laid.
The former star is also alleged to have assaulted a teenage boy who witnesses say was trying to stop him molesting the Ponsonby schoolgirl.
New Zealand businessman Philip Buckleton, who runs a hotel in Fiji, said his daughter was with the group of teenagers when the alleged incident happened early on New Year's morning at the Hilton on Denarau Island.
"This creep of an ex-All Black grabbed this girl really viciously on the bum and gave her a very hard time," Mr Buckleton said.
"When he came back and did it again a second time, a young guy who was with the group pleaded with him to stop. That's when he grabbed him by the throat and pushed the guy down the ditch a few times."
He said security guards did not go to the girl's aid, even when told what was happening. "In Fiji, the All Blacks are treated like gods."
