KEY POINTS:
Police have identified a body found in estuary waters at Otahuhu on Wednesday as that of Vietnamese man Minh Canh Phan, 22, but say an autopsy failed to reveal how he died.
Phan, known as Canh, had been in the water for between three and six days and was last seen walking the family dog in Church St, Otahuhu, on August 1.
