The creator and four users of a computer program that allowed virtual snooping on loved-ones have been charged with violating privacy and anti-hacking laws. The Loverspy program, disguised as an electronic greeting card showing images of puppies and flowers, was sent as an email. When executed, it would begin recording recipients' email messages and the websites they visited, prosecutors said.
