It will be a requirement of members to clean all fishing equipment, including their clients, at the end of the day or when travelling between rivers."

An outdated copy of USA Today, which sells in the US for 75c, is $6. Even more outrageous was the Sunday Times, which costs 1.60 ($4.05) in England. Whitcoulls have the gall to mark it up to $29.90."
