Emily's last night put on Facebook

The 19-year-old arrested in relation to the death of a Kiwi has posted a photo on Facebook of himself with her on the night she died.

Emily Longley's former boyfriend Elliot Vince Turner uploaded the image on the social networking site as his profile picture.

It shows Ms Longley leaning in to kiss the jeweller. Mr Turner has yet to comment publicly on Emily Longley's death.

Her body was found in his parents' home in Bournemouth, south England, on May 7.

Mr Turner and a 17-year-old man were arrested but not charged and were released on bail.

Bournemouth police yesterday made an appeal for information as they try to piece together what happened on the night of Ms Longley's death.

"While we await the toxicology report, we are pursuing a number of lines of enquiry and I would appeal for anyone who has knowledge of anything that Emily may have taken that evening to come forward," Inspector Neil Devoto said.

"I would also like to hear from anyone who has any information which may assist the police investigation establishing how and why Emily died."

The image of Ms Longley with Mr Turner surfaced as friends of Mr Turner said could never do "anything of this sort", Fairfax Media reported.

One friend posted on his Facebook page "gossip" was behind him being linked to Ms Longley's death.
