The Briton accused of murdering of New Zealand student Emily Longley reappeared in court in England overnight.
Elliot Turner, 20-year-old jewellery store worker, sat alongside his parents Leigh and Anita Turner, in the dock in Winchester Crown Court as Judge Keith Cutler further remanded him in custody until September 30.
His parents, who are charged with intending to pervert the course of justice by failing to call an ambulance, were bailed until the same date.
Ms Longley's body was found in the bed of on-off boyfriend Elliot at the family home in the seaside resort of Bournemouth in May.
Ms Longley, a student, had been living with her grandparents near Bournemouth since moving from Auckland earlier this year.
