Electrocution risk brings towel rails recall

Scope Industries is recalling Scope heated ladder towel rails sold between June and November 25.

Consumer Online said there was a possibility that during installation the insulation of the supply cord could be compromised, exposing the user to the risk of electrocution.

Models being recalled are: LTR 7946C, LTR 7960C, LTRE 4352C and LTRM 7952C. The serial numbers range from FF23213 to FK40359.
