Elderly man found dead after taking ATV for ride in Martinborough

An elderly man reported missing from Martinborough last night was found dead this morning, police say.
The 88-year-old took an all-terrain vehicle for a ride on a farm along White Rock Rd, and did not return.
He had not been seen since 4pm yesterday, and was found dead about 6.30am
today.
Search and Rescue and the Westpac helicopter were searching for him overnight.
Police are investigating the cause of death.
