When you look back on your own time at school, do you feel you were given the career guidance that you needed to make a well educated and well considered decision on your future? I bet not.
A new programme we are rolling out into schools could be the answer for you.
Principals and Career Counsellors (who generally accept they are overworked and under-staffed due to the volumes of students leaving school every year) have welcomed our assistance with open arms - they are worried about their students too!
The programme is called Whr24U.
It has been specifically tailored to the individual student to ensure they find the career path destined for them - personally. It's proven and it works.
The programme allows each student (pre and post tertiary) education to work with the Whr24U team, ensuring that their personality, motivations, skills, interests, strengths and natural career inclinations are taken into account to assist them with making a good decision in regards to their future direction.
The Whr24U facilitators have worked with students who are currently in school as well as students in University and every student who has attend the programme has walked away with a positive experience.
It's important to ensure that teenagers make the best possible career decision for themselves, whether they have some ideas or are totally lost.
To achieve their full potential, they need to have motivation from within, and also be pointed in the right direction.
