The flag of the Netherlands will fly atop the Auckland Harbour Bridge tomorrow to mark the monarchy's national day.
Queen's Day (or Koninginnedag) is celebrated on April 30, or the day before if April 30 falls on a Sunday. The orange pennant flying above the tricolour signifies that it is the birthday of a member of the Dutch Royal House, the House of Orange.
