Two men have been arrested in relation to a series of aggravated robberies in Whangarei and Auckland.
The men, aged 24 and 31, were arrested after police executed search warrants at five addresses around the Whangarei District this morning.
The three robberies took place over two and a half weeks in late September and early October this year.
Both men are also charged with theft and arson of a motor vehicle, which police believe was used in one of the robberies.
One man has also been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
They will appear in Whangarei District Court tomorrow.
