Two men have been arrested for the murder of a gang associate whose body was found by walkers in Whakarewarewa Forest near Rotorua.
Detective Senior Sergeant Kim Libby said two Rotorua men, aged 20 and 19, would appear in Rotorua District Court accused of murdering Hemi Hohepa.
He said a 28-year-old man who was arrested on November 21 and charged with conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm to Mr Hohepa would reappear in Hamilton District Court tomorrow.
