Dunne and Anderton not in debate

United Future's Peter Dunne and the Progressive Party's Jim Anderton will not join the rest of the party leaders in a TV3 debate.

The debate, restricted to six of the eight parties now in Parliament, will be chaired by John Campbell and will screen at 7.30pm on Thursday next week.

All eight leaders will appear on TVNZ's debate, which has been pencilled in for September 8.
