Mourners were urged to wear coloured clothing with a family spokesperson saying on Thursday: "Amber loved bright colours, so in respect of her wishes please do not wear black".
A private cremation will be held following the ceremony.
Amber-Rose's mother, Lisa Ann Rush, posted a heartfelt message on Facebook with an image showing the details of the funeral.
"As much as I don't want to be posting this, my beautiful girl's funeral is on Saturday, please share I'd love to see ambers [sic] friends celebrating her life," Lisa Ann said in the post.
"She was taken from us when her beautiful life was just beginning, but he cannot take the amazing memories and impact she has had in her 16 years on earth, and he will never have her soul, she is forever with me, my soulmate, best friend, daughter, love u baby girl xxxxx."
She posted earlier this week on Facebook that her daughter's death had "killed her entire life".
"How do I put into words what u mean to me my baby girl, u are literally my other half, my soul, my heart, my everything," she wrote.
Amber-Rose was well known in the community and tributes have flooded in from family and friends.
Friend Neisha Mauger said on a tribute page that she was "such a bubbly person''.
"Whenever you were sad or upset, she would have your back 100%. Amber was well known for her amazing personality.''
