A drunk who asked police to find his missing car was later charged with drink driving.
Senior Sergeant Bruce Ross said an "intoxicated" man visited Dunedin police station at 7.30am yesterday, claiming his car had been stolen from where he parked it the previous night. The man, aged in his early 20s, said he was not intending to drive home.
Later police were called to a suburban Wakari address where a young woman said the same man was outside her door annoying her.
