Northland police have found two methamphetamine labs, weapons including an anti-tank grenade launcher and a haul of stolen property.
Detective Senior Sergeant Mike Pannett said the discoveries were the result of Operation July, which targeted organised crime in the Kaipara area and ended with the execution of search warrants at about 20 addresses.
On a property north of Dargaville they found 47 firearms, thousands of rounds of ammunition, a light anti-tank weapon and practice grenades.
Mr Pannett said significant hydroponic cannabis-growing operations, four stolen vehicles and other stolen property were also found. Sixteen people had been charged.
