Counties Manukau police hauled more than $300,000 worth of methamphetamine off the streets following raids across South Auckland last week.
More than 50 officers were involved in Operation Foiled, recovering 311 grams of methamphetamine with a street value of over $300,000.
Police also seized $41,000 in cash, two kilograms of cannabis, 420 new psychoactive substance pills (an imitation of ecstasy), 190 LSD tabs, six firearms and other drug paraphernalia.
Last week a total of 22 warrants were executed across the Counties Manukau district, including in Papatoetoe, Otahuhu, Mangere, Otara, East Tämaki, Pakuranga, Maraetai, Manurewa, Papakura, Pukekohe, and Patumahoe.
As a result, assets including six cars, four bikes and a house are now under investigation by the Counties Manukau Financial Investigation Unit.
