A suspected mobile drug lab has been found on Auckland's Dominion Rd, causing a large section of the road to be closed.
Police found hazardous material in the boot of a car stopped in a routine vehicle stop.
Police told One News the chemicals were believed to be used for making drugs.
The cordon on the road was expected to be in place for some time, and motorists were warned to expect delays.
Police say inquiries are ongoing.
