Drug-driving charge after police chase

Police used road spikes to stop a carload of youths who led them on a high-speed chase through Wellington district early yesterday.

A teenager was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, driving while disqualified, breaching bail, reckless driving and failing to stop. He was granted bail when he appeared in the Porirua District Court.
