A Masterton man has been convicted of drugs-related charges.
Christopher Noel Stephens, 28, appeared in Masterton District Court earlier this week and pleaded guilty to two charges of possession for supply, one relating to cannabis and the other for methamphetamine, and breaching home detention.
Prosecuting sergeant Garry Wilson said police searched Stephens' home on January 31 and found 17 cannabis tinnies pre-packaged for sale and white powder.
Stephens told police he was in possession of methamphetamine, which he had put in his underwear.
He said the cannabis had been put in bullets by him, for sale, and that crystals on the floor of his room were a cutting agent for methamphetamine.
