The woman killed in a two car crash in Hawke's Bay yesterday was 25-year-old Jennifer Eriha, police have confirmed.
Eriha, of Flaxmere in Hastings, died at the scene on Te Aute Rd, near Havelock North, after the car she was driving was involved in a crash with another vehicle.
The other driver was seriously hurt and was taken to Hawke's Bay Regional Hospital, where they remain tonight.
The Serious Crash Unit is investigating the crash.
Eastern District Senior Sergeant Nick Dobson said it was "a timely reminder" for motorists to take care on the roads.
