A motorist suffered moderate injuries and was taken to hospital after a car rolled and ended up in a ditch near Hamilton yesterday. Emergency services were called to State Highway 1, near Te Rapa, shortly before 11.30am.
St John Ambulance received several calls about a car going out of control and ending up in a drain. A spokeswoman for the northern ambulance communications centre said one person suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Waikato Hospital.
