Driver flees scene of Manurewa crash involving motorcyclist who was seriously injured

Police are asking for help to track down a driver who left the scene of a crash in Auckland which left a motorcyclist in a serious condition.

The crash happened at 12.30pm, on the corner of Mahia Rd and Great South Rd, Manurewa.

The black car involved left the scene.

Police were appealing for witnesses to the crash between the car and motorbike.

The motorcyclist was taken to Middlemore Hospital in a serious condition.

The car was last seen on Great South Rd between Myers Rd and Mahia Rd.
