A man charged with the drink-driving death of another motorist in Northland this year reappeared in court today.
Warren John Jenkins, 49, was charged following the death of Kerikeri solo mother Katherine "Rin" Kennedy, 46, on March 17.
He faced charges of drink-driving causing death and injury, driving while disqualified, excess blood alcohol, assault and theft when he appeared in Auckland District Court.
Ms Kennedy died when her car and one allegedly driven by Jenkins collided on State Highway 10 at Kerikeri in the Far North.
Jenkins' bail was continued. He will reappear on July 27.
