One of the men facing possible extradition to the United States with internet millionaire Kim Dotcom has been remanded in custody until next week.
A judge at the North Shore District Court this afternoon put off a bail hearing for Mathias Ortmann until next week at the Manukau District Court.
Ortmann's lawyer asked for more time to prepare submissions.
Two more of Dotcom's co-accused, Finn Batato and Bram van der Kolk, were granted bail in a hearing at North Shore District Court yesterday, although it could be late next week before they are released because the police need to check the bail addresses.
Dotcom was declined bail after Judge David McNaughton ruled he was a flight risk.
