Kim Dotcom's back in a different court, on a different matter today.
He's been in the High Court for the last two days, seeking a judicial review of the legality of the search warrant police executed during the raid on his mansion in Coatesville.
Dotcom will appear in the Auckland District Court this morning hoping to be allowed to return to his home.
The last two days he's been in the High Court applying for access to copies of the data from 135 computers and hard drives.
The judge has requested more information from the Crown, before she delivers her decision on the judicial review.
