A Masterton man who punched holes in his parents' house has been ordered to pay reparation.
Benjamin Jack Treseder,19, appeared in Masterton District Court yesterday and pleaded guilty to one count of wilful damage for punching holes through two interior doors at his parents' house.
Judge Bill Hastings said there was "no excuse" for Treseder's behaviour, but credited him for pleading guilty.
Judge Hastings sentenced him to nine months' supervision, ordered him to undergo a drugs and alcohol assessment and to pay reparations of $400.
