A former National Party leader is fending off allegations about China's growing influence on Kiwi politics.
A major University of Canterbury study has found extensive links between China and some of our former MPs.
It's also found significant political donations, and claims dairy farms are being used for launches by a Chinese company developing high-precision monitoring satellites.
One person referred to in the report is Don Brash, who now chairs the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
He told Mike Hosking he doesn't think we've been subjected to political influence from China.
