The hearing into the fatal fire at Doha's Villaggio mall which killed 19 people including three Kiwi triplets has been postponed for a third time.
Lillie, Jackson and Willsher Weekes, aged two, were among 13 children who died inside Gympanzee nursery during the fire in May.
The criminal trial in Qatar to determine who was responsible for the blaze has already been been postponed twice because neither nursery owner Iman Al-Kuwari nor her husband, were present.
A third attempt yesterday failed after Ms Al-Kuwari again did not turn up, Radio New Zealand reported.
Officials reportedly said the court would proceed with the hearing on November 13, regardless of whether Ms Al-Kuwari attends.
